About this Site and our System

To use the XPRESSTRADE system, all you need is an Internet connection and a PC with standard Web browser software, such as Internet Explorer (4.x) or Netscape Navigator or Communicator (4.x). Given the relative lack of sophistication inherent in the America Online (AOL) browser, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer or Netscape browsers, even if you access the Web via AOL. Unlike many of our competitors, which require you to download and install proprietary software–forcing you to deal with compatibility issues and software updates–we give you a completely Web-based futures brokerage system. The XPRESSTRADE site is presently optimized for 800 x 600 screen resolution, though higher settings may be used without difficulty. Basic hardware and software requirements for best system performance are summarized below:

  •   IBM-compatible PC, Pentium or higher, or Macintosh.
  •   Microsoft Windows 95 or higher
  •   Internet Explorer (4.x) or Netscape Navigator or Communicator (4.x)
  •   Minimum 64 MB RAM

Our premium research and other periodic reports are created using Adobe Acrobat, so to access these files, you must obtain a copy of Acrobat Reader. Audio comments may be downloaded and played using Real Audio. Aside from premium research and audio comments, however, no special software is necessary in order to use the XPRESSTRADE system.
