XPRESSTRADE'S Privacy Statement

XPRESSTRADE has created this statement, which discloses the privacy practices for www.xpresstrade.com, to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to privacy and fair information practices. As part of this commitment, we have agreed to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices, as well as this privacy statement, to TRUSTe for its review and approval. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting strong privacy policies, and XPRESSTRADE is an approved licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. Information Collection:

In general, visitors to the XPRESSTRADE website can use our site, access information, and learn about our company while remaining anonymous and not revealing any personal information. We do not ask you to register in order to use our public website. However, in order to receive an XPRESSTRADE new account kit by regular post, you will find it necessary to provide us with some simple contact information (your name, regular and e-mail addresses, phone number). And, should you wish to generate a personalized account application online, using our Electronic Account Application, you will be required to provide us with more detailed personal data (your social security number, age, occupation, annual income, net worth, etc.). We are required by our industry regulator, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, to gather and review this information prior to approving your account application and prior to allowing you to begin trading futures and options. You are given the opportunity to print your personalized account application or request that XPRESSTRADE mail you a personalized account application. In either case, your personal information is transmitted to XPRESSTRADE in a secure and encrypted fashion for your protection.

Use of Personal Information:

XPRESSTRADE never sells, shares, rents, or otherwise provides personal information to any third party individuals or companies. In addition, we do not share any aggregated demographic information with any partners or advertisers. All personal information is collected only to satisfy Commodity Futures Trading Commission requirements and to provide you with the best possible online futures and options trading experience.

Security and Personal Information Protection:

Please be assured that XPRESSTRADE has taken every possible precaution to safeguard your personal data from loss or alteration. Anytime you contribute personal, sensitive information on the XPRESSTRADE website, we ensure private, confidential communications between us through server authentication and data encryption. In addition, all XPRESSTRADE databases are protected by firewalls designed to restrict outsider access.

We also protect your confidential information offline. We have trained all of our employees to respect and guard the privacy of current customers as well as prospective clients whose business we hope to earn in the future. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific duty or functions are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices, and each quarter, as well as any time new policies are implemented, our employees are notified and reminded about the importance we place on ensuring that your information is kept completely confidential.

Communications:

We send all new accountholders a welcoming letter or e-mail (according to your preferences) with your User ID and Temporary Password. Established, active accountholders will occasionally receive e-mails from us alerting you, for example, to orders which have been executed on your behalf, price alerts which you have set up and which have been triggered, margin calls in your trading account, or general service and market announcements when warranted. You may also receive postal mailings, such as written trade confirmations and monthly account statements. We respect the privacy of our accountholders, and we limit such communications only to those that we consider critical. You are not able to unsubscribe from these messages, because they are either required by Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations or because they contain important information concerning your trading account, our services, or the markets in general.

In addition, accountholders may receive, from time to time, press releases introducing new XPRESSTRADE features and a periodic XPRESSTRADE newsletter. Accountholders who no longer wish to receive these communications may opt-out by e-mailing our customer service department at service@xpresstrade.com. We give you the ability to keep your e-mail address off our lists should you not wish to receive any marketing material from us.

Use of Cookies:

Our use of cookies is extremely limited. As a visitor to the public side of our website, you will not encounter any cookies. We only use cookies as a tool in our User ID and Password system, which protects unauthorized users from entering the private, secure side of the XPRESSTRADE website. This practice also allows our accountholders to move about the secure areas of our website without having to enter a User ID and Password more than once, thereby saving you time while on our site. We do not write such cookies to any files on any accountholder's hard drive. Once a customer closes his browser or leaves our site, any cookies simply terminate. If you are to be an XPRESSTRADE accountholder, you must permit the use of cookies. Rejecting cookies will result in denial of access to the secure areas of our site.

Log Files:

XPRESSTRADE does not currently log IP addresses or browser type.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information:

If an accountholder's personally identifiable information changes (such as your e-mail address, your mailing address, or your phone numbers), we have provided a way for you to correct, or update, your personal data. Notification of Changes:

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, why we feel it's important to collect, and how we use it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in any manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify accountholders by e-mail, and you will be given a choice as to whether or not you'd like your information to be used in this different manner.
